Commemorative Presidential Decanter made by Wheaton/Nuline. They began these with one for JFK made in 1967, and ended production by 1975.
This one is for Woodrow Wilson. Made in an iridescent glass in blue. Size is about 7.75" tall by 6" wide. Marked on the bottom "Wheaton First Edition." Excellent condition.
