Vintage snapshot from World War I. Shows a man in the foreground wearing a campaign hat. Behind a platoon is marching past a number of wood buildings. The platoon is in rows of 4 men. Every other man is carrying 2 six foot lengths of wood. This is a platoon of stretcher bearers, for carrying wounded soldiers off the field. Size is 2-3/8" by 3-5/16". Written on back in ink is "Aug 1918."
