Vintage Original Painting, Signed, Framed, Mountain Lake

Vintage original painting, oil or acrylic, in a wood frame. Subject is a mountain lake scene. Size of canvas is approximately 8" wide by 6" high. Frame is just under 8.5" by 10.5" and 1.25" deep. Artist signed...looks like perhaps Clarice Hegan, but can't be sure. The age I have listed is just a guess from the materials used.
