Vintage Bird Book, First Edition, Rare Cover, Bird Foot-Race in Follies

Vintage child's bird book titled The Bird Foot-Race in Follies by Robert E. Samis. This one is especially desirable because of the cover. Look online and every book you find will have a blue cover with black imprints. This one also has red and white, and I cannot find another one any where!
Same copyright imprint as all the other first editions showing a date of 1923, 1924. Size is about 11" by 13" and 80 pages. Minor wear to edges and corners, and the pages are beginning to separate at the bottom of the spine as you can see in the pictures. Endpapers are still sound and not split. Owners name inside front cover. Pages are still white.
