USPS yearbook for the year 1994. Contains the outer protective slip cover, the hardback book full of information and photos about each stamp and it's subject matter, and the complete set of unused commemorative stamps still in their sealed plastic sleeve.
I have numerous year sets, and I'm selling them at their original issue price, even though the catalog price of the stamps is usually double face value or higher. Most of the value of these sets is in the face value of the stamps (which could still be used for postage, if desired). Beware of cheap sets that contain the book alone but the stamps have been removed! loc: upoff
