This is a used USA Eagle stamp. Scott catalog number 2541, issued in 1991 for Express Mail rates. This one is a $9.95 denomination....high denom stamps are always harder to find. Large stamps are approx. 1-3/8" by 2". Light circular date cancel. I have multiples of this available,canceled in various positions, cancels on all are equal to or lighter than the one pictured
