Here's a cute little tri-fold advertising fan. Promoting insurance from the fraternal organization Royal Neighbors of America in Rock Island, Illinois. Pictorial side shows a baby and collie. Size open is about 7" by 10-5/8". Probably dates to the 1940's or 1950's.
