A high quality hawk lithograph print by an artist named Thorpe. I haven't been able to find out anything about the artist, but this is 1960's-1970's era. I'm assuming this is a Publishers Print, since it is marked "P/P". More desirable than a numbered print. The title of this print is "Where Did I Leave Those Damn Keys?!"

High quality print on excellent paper stock with a raised embossed border in the paper. Pencil signed "P/P" in the lower left, with the artist's last name embossed in the paper under it, and pencil signature in the lower right. The back of the print has black paper fibers/pieces from the artist portfolio in which it was stored.

Size of the print is about 12" square, while the embossed frame is about 8.5" square.

The final picture shows a professional framing job on a different print by this artist. It is triple matted with the top mat incised for a decorative accent. Really sets off this print and shows what a good frame job can do for one of these prints.

This will be shipped flat to avoid any damage by rolling.

I will be listing quite a few unframed Publishers Prints from this artist. Different animal and bird subjects, all with titles referencing events or attitudes of the late '60's and early '70's.

As always, buy more than one item from my shop and I'll combine the shipping. I don't make a profit on shipping like some sellers do. However, etsy's calculator doesn't do well with combined orders, so you may get a partial refund of your shipping cost after you have paid for the order.

Keep in mind that many of my items are one-of-a-kind, and I have local customers looking at them. If you buy something that has just sold locally and wasn't yet removed, the order will be cancelled and your full payment returned to you, unless I have a similar item in stock. You can always contact me before your purchase to confirm the item is still available.
