Here is a set of Plate Blocks and singles from the 1938 Presidential series. All stamps appear to be mint, never hinged. There is a combination of plate blocks (PB) and singles (S) for each. Most of the singles are attached to the plate blocks, a few are separate. Plate block set is complete through #831, with two PB pairs for #832 (see pics). Total catalog value is about $295. My price is about half of that. Photos show one plate block of each type.
