First Day Cover for the Victory Commonwealth issue of the Philippines. Dated April 16, 1945. Has the 2c, 4c, 6c, 10, 12c, 16c, and 20c issues all on the same cover.
Both the address and the return address are from a 1st Lieutenant in the 1768th Engineer Parts Supply Platoon.
