A vintage ceramic figurine planter from Napcoware. This one depicts a southern belle type young woman in a blue dress carrying a flowers. There are two rhinestones in her hair and three on her dress. The Napco number on the bottom is C-8548.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The figurine is about 6" tall, 5" wide, and 3.75" deep.
