A beautiful Morgan Dollar. 1878-S, the first year of issue for the Morgans. This one is a higher grade, Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. Adding to its beauty is a wonderful prooflike finish on both sides of the coin, giving it flashy mirror fields and depth. And to make it even better is a nice rainbow toning.
The first two pictures are the closest to the natural look of the coin. The other four pics are taking at differing light and angles to try to show some of the flash and range of colors that can show when the light hits the coin just right.
