Antique medal from the St. Louis Exposition in 1903-4. Commemorates the Louisiana Purchase in 1803. Obverse shows Lewis and Clark. Inscription around the rim states "Napoleon Sold It, April 30th, Jefferson Bought It."
Reverse states it is the Expo, Good Luck, Louisiana Purchase, Stars and Stripes Forever.
Bronze, 36mm, Very Fine condition.
