Vintage crystal glass cake stand in a pattern somewhat reminiscent of Columbia or Oyster and Pearls, except the "bubbles" go from small in the center to large at the rim, Diameter of 8", height is 4.75", and base is 3". Excellent condition, with a couple tiny scratches from use.
