Gilded Floral Plate, Antique Rare Limoges France

Here is a great antique Limoges porcelain plate in wonderful condition. It has the Elite L France hallmark which is the mark of Bawo & Dotter/Elite (1883-1914) and most likely dates from the first decade of the 20th century. Also has the P & G Limoges mark, is marked "Hand Painted" and has the artist's name on the front, which appears to be "Valdak."
The plate itself is 8" in diameter, heavily gilded (gilding is nearly mint), and is a white background with blue floral and green leaves/border. Unusual to find these in near mint condition.
