An amazing collectible book. Exciting Experiences in the Japanese-Russian War, by Marshall Everett. This war was from 1904 to 1905, and the publishing date of this book is 1904, right in the middle of the war.
First edition, published 1904 by Henry Neil. 534 pages bound in maroon /burgandy cloth, with gilded lettering and illustration on the cover
2 Color plates, 100 black/white photos, 10 maps, 64 line drawn political cartoons.
Book is in very good condition. Gilding is mostly present on the front cover, mostly worn on the spine. Spine is sound, hinges are unsplit, no writing, no tears. light wear to the corners/edges of the cover, pages are creamy.
For collectors of military books, this is a great one that is rarely found.
