An apparent first edition of a book published by Klipto Loose Leaf Company in Mason City, Iowa. The Governors of Iowa, publication date is 1946 (not stated), authored by Jacob A Swisher, PH. D., who was a research associate with the State Historical Society of Iowa.
Blue hardboard covers show some light edge and corner wear, spine is solid, face page to the title page beginning to open up, pages white. Size is 8/75" by 5-7/8" by 9/16", 147 pages.
Book is in mint condition except for the autograph on the front endpaper Sound spine and hinges, white pages. Blue boards with silver gilded lettering. The original dust jacket is also included. Very good condition with a few spots of soiling and two short tears on the reverse.
Size of the book is 9.25" by 6.25" by 1.25". 346 pages.
