Here is a very nice example of an early California duck hunting stamp and license. Dated 1971 for the 1971-72 hunting seasons. Has on it the first California duck stamp, CA1, with Pintail ducks. This is a very rare California duck stamp that seldom surfaces.
Also on the hunting license is a California Pheasant hunting stamp, and a Federal duck stamp, RW38 showing Cinnamon Teal ducks. The Federal stamp is signed while both California stamps are unsigned. A very rare hunting license that would be a highlight to any stamp or hunting collection.
