Here is a wonderful limited edition print from famous artist Sarah Clementson (Yaeger). The title of this print is First Avenue From Drakes, and shows a flower stall in the Corner Market Building in Seattle, Washington.
This numbered print is #8/450, a very low number. Signed in pencil in the lower right corner, and a printed signature in the lower left corner.
The size is approximately 10" by 12.5", with an image size of 8.25" by 10.5". It looks like at one point this was framed, as there are tape stains on the edges of the reverse side where it was likely taped to a mat.
The back also has a description of the artwork and artist taped to it and contact info for the artist.
