Antique Stoneware Pitcher, Diamond Pattern, Western Monmouth, 1930's-40's

Here's a great little stoneware pitcher. Done in brown glaze with a diamond pattern and Greek key type of edging, it was made in the 1930's - 1940's by Western Stoneware (Monmouth Pottery Co.). Excellent condition with no hairlines, chips, or damage to the glaze. This size pitcher was often called a batter pitcher, as it was a good size for pouring pancake batter. About 5" high and 4" in diameter. Retail price on these is $50-$60, but I've got it on sale.
