1914 envelope showing postal usage of a Q4 Parcel Post stamp on a registered cover. Sent from Titonka, Iowa to St. Louis and showing multiple cancellation marks. Cover was ripped open at right, but stamps are still present. Scott Catalog values a Q4 on cover at $65, and add to that a premium for Registered usage. Nice piece of postal history showing mailing rates and marks.
